A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the automobile industry is responsible for managing sales in a region, including sales teams, budgets, and customer relationships. 
Responsibilities
•	Sales: Achieve sales targets, generate demand, and run promotional campaigns 
•	Team management: Train and motivate sales teams, and manage their performance 
•	Budgeting: Manage the regional budget and ensure it meets financial targets 
•	Customer relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers and other relevant bodies 
•	Market analysis: Track market developments, identify sales opportunities, and analyze competitor performance 
•	Reporting: Report on sales results, market share, and other metrics 
•	Planning: Create and execute sales strategies and marketing plans 
•	Training: Train dealers and their staff on sales processes, products, and CRM 
•	Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and other relevant bodies
